Terms & Conditions

1.  Application of these Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all services supplied by Harbour Protection Services Pty Ltd (“Harbour Protection”, “we”, “us”) to any client (“you”, “the Client”) who places an order for our services. By engaging us — whether through a signed quote, monitoring agreement, or service order — you accept these Terms in full. We won’t vary them unless one of our authorised representatives confirms a change in writing. A binding contract comes into effect once an Order or Monitoring Agreement is signed by both parties, and these Terms take priority over any other terms you may put forward.

  • Prices are as set out in your Order. If a service’s price isn’t specified, our standard rate at the time the service is delivered will apply.
  • Where a quoted price includes tax, it’s based on the rates in force at the time of quoting; if rates change, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • All taxes, duties, and government levies relating to the services are your responsibility. GST is excluded from quoted prices and will be added separately.
  • Any costs not specifically included in the agreed price are payable by you in

4.  The Services

Harbour Protection may adjust the scope or type of security services provided if we reasonably believe an alternative service will achieve the same outcome for you.

5.  Acceptance of Services

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind — including lost profits, lost business, or reputational damage — arising from our services. Any claim must be made in writing within 14 days of the service date.
  • Where a law implies a warranty that can be excluded, we exclude it. Where it can only be limited, our liability is limited to re-supplying the service or covering the cost of having it re-supplied elsewhere — conditional on Harbour Protection having provided the entire service originally.
  • You acknowledge these limitations are fair and reasonable, that Harbour Protection has no superior bargaining position, offered no inducement to agree, and that you understand these clauses before

  • Extra costs caused by delays, mistakes, or interruptions on your part (or lack of instructions) will be charged back to you.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control — fire, flood, industrial action, accidents, government action, transport delays, subcontractor issues, or Where such a delay occurs, our performance timeframe will be extended accordingly.
